Green Party Planning Minister Ciarán Cuffe today announced the publication of a Draft Guidance Manual for Managing and Resolving Unfinished Housing Developments. The manual outlines a range of actions aimed at addressing problems in unfinished estates, with a particular focus on relieving urgent difficulties for affected residents.

Green Party TD for Dún Laoghaire and Minister for Planning, Ciarán Cuffe, has welcomed the return of Open House to Dún Laoghaire, now in its third year.

Open House Dublin, launched by Minister Cuffe last month, is funded by the Department of Environment, Heritage and Local Government and involves the opening of historic buildings, landmarks and private residences to the public from the 7-10 October 2010.
